Our food is traditional pub fayre, created by Jan our Chef and prepared using local produce.

We also offer great value Sunday roasts - voted the Times Top 5 in Devon.

Popular village venue

The Talaton Inn offers an open plan interior with wooden floors and a double burner stove, whilst remaining sympathetic to the inn's origins.

While outside is a large car park and plenty of seating to watch the village go by.

We also have our own skittle alley-cum-function room to hire and as such the Talaton Inn plays an active role in village life.

There is plenty to see in Talaton and from here you can access many walks of varying intensity in and around the beautiful Devon countryside.

The village is seven miles west of Honiton and four miles north of Ottery St Mary, close to Escot Gardens, Cadhay Manor House and Killerton House, so well worth a visit.
